The Studio
At Body Breath Pilates, we offer privates, semi-privates, mat and reformer classes. We design a unique, individualized program for each client, concentrating on their own specific goals, whether it be overall strength, rehabilitation, specific training for athletes, overall fitness or general well being. Instruction is provided in a warm, supportive atmosphere with lots of light and an ocean breeze.
